All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.
Not sure you're ready to adopt? Fostering an animal may be a great way to find out if you're ready! Ask about our Foster-to-Adopt Program
Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. Sponsors are needed to help with vet care expenses as well as food, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, etc. Monetary donations may be sent via http://paypal.com to donations@alspca.org. You may also mail your donation to Alabama SPCA, P.O. Box 78, Northport, AL 35476

Hi friends! I'm Buddy and I'm 4 months old. Buster is my brother and we are the last of the family, still waiting for our forever homes! Our mother is a rhodesian ridgeback mix, not sure about our dad. I've been neutered, had all of my vaccinations, and am completely ready to go! I am crate trained and just about house trained. I get along well with other dogs and don't mind cats. I do have a lot of energy and would love to go for walks/runs daily. I am great with the children in my foster home too! If you think I might be the guy you've been looking for, please email shannon@alspca.org for an adoption application. Oh, and one other thing, please would you buy me a blue scarf.........pink really isn't my color! For more information or an adoption application, please contact shannon@alspca.org. The adoption fee is $125 and will go towards the vetting expenses.
Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
