All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. Sponsors are needed to help with vet care expenses as well as food, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, etc. Monetary donations may be sent via http://paypal.com to donations@alspca.org. Hi there, they call me lil Stripe! But you can call me whatever you want if you adopt me. My four sisters and I were found in what they call rubble of a house after a tornado thing.....I don't remember much of that day but all of our rescue angels say we are very lucky to be alive after all we went through that day. My birthday is 4/27/11 and I was born in South AL. The rescue angels found us and took us directly to the emergency hospital where we met Alabama SPCA angels! They say it's amazing we are alive. After a night in the hospital, we were transported to our foster mom in North AL. Our foster mommy feeds us good food, cleans our scratchy box, and gives us lots of love. I am very playful and I love to climb up my foster mommy's pants leg when she comes in our kitty room. I also love it when she picks us up and gives me kisses on my face and belly. It makes me feel so special! Foster mommy and the angels say now that we are getting a little older it's time for each of us to find a forever home of our own.....where we can run and play and live happily ever after....Is my forever home with you? Stripe will be neutered soon. He's up to date on vaccinations and the adoption fee is $75. If interested in adopting or if you would like an adoption application, please contact shannon@alspca.org
Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
