Meet Blue! Although cursed with an unoriginal name, this girl is anything but unoriginal! Blue is a 6 year old (best guess) total dream boat. She is wonderful will all living creatures including cats that try and terrorize her. Blue adores children but will probably do best in a home with children who are a little bit older and understand boundaries and can take her sitting in their lap. Blue is completely house trained, is very lady like on walks, acts like an angel on car rides and knows basic commands. Unfortunately Blue doesn’t come without some flaws, thunderstorms are Blue’s kryptonite. If you take precautions and watch the weather she normally does fine. Blue isn’t a big barker and sort of let’s out a raspy yelp if she needs your undivided attention. Blue is perfectly content in the bed, on the couch and most of all in your lap. Blue may appear large in pictures but she’s actually pretty petite weighing in at about 55 pounds. We would like to see Blue in a home with other animals and someone who understands her needs for structure and routine. Currently Blue is in daycare and is a staff favorite! Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
