All of our adoptable animals are in the care of  volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org

Not sure you're ready to adopt? Fostering an animal may be a great way to find out if you're ready! Ask about our Foster-to-Adopt Program

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. Sponsors are needed to help with vet care expenses as well as food, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, etc. Monetary donations may be sent via http://paypal.com to donations@alspca.org. You may also mail your donation to Alabama SPCA, P.O. Box 78, Northport, AL 35476

About Bud

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Dog
  • General Color: White with Brown or Chocolate
  • Location: 35401
  • Housetrained: Yes

You will love BUD to be your new furry friend! This easy going guy is one handsome fellow, look at that face! We think he may have some pointer mixed in with hound. BUD is good with other dogs and has a moderate energy level which means he would be happy going for a jog or just hanging out with friends. BUD is likely crate trained and walks perfectly on his leash. This happy guy has a tail thatwags all the time, won't you help him out?

Bud is neutered and up to date on all vaccines. Bud is also heartworm negative and current on prevention.  Bud is ready for his HOME for THE HOLIDAYS!

For more information on making this guy a permanent member of your family, please contact us at  info@alabamaspca.org
