All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. Talk about a makeover! Poor Henry was brought in to our local shelter with horrible mats, but after some grooming he is a new dog! Henry is quite the sweetie and loves to cuddle with his foster mom's little girl. Unfortunately, Henry is heart-worm positive, but he will be available for adoption after completing his treatments.

Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
