All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. We have a young male dog here who was almost picked up by animal control. We took him in hoping we could place him and not put him in a kill shelter. He has been in our neighborhood for 4 months and doesn't have a home. We have socialized him and bathed him but need to find a home for him. We currently have a stray dog in our center and are not allowed to add another one. Can you please help us? We can even house him here till a forever home is found. We don't want him destroyed because our men in the program are very attached to him. Please call me or email.
Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
