All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. This little sweetheart is Sheba, a four month old chihuahua/terrier mix, weighing in at about 8 lbs. Sheba is absolutely adorable. She appears to be house and crate trained from what we can tell. She's only been in our care for a few days so we are learning more about her each day. Sheba has had two sets of shots and will be spayed soon. For the month of August, Sheba's adoption fee has been reduced. All dogs are microchipped and will come with a 30 day free trial of pet insurance.

Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
