All of our adoptable animals are in the care of  volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. At approx 2 yrs old, LOPER is what we refer to as  "pocket sized"......You see, he's not too big and he's not too small! LOPER is just perfect!  He's got the features of a boxer and the black/tan coloring of a terrier. He weighs about 30 lbs and he makes the silliest faces you've EVER seen!

Unfortunately, LOPER has lost his foster home and is now in boarding. We'd love to find a new foster for LOPER. Even a foster-to-adopt home situation would be perfect for this handsome hunk.

The adoption fee is $125 and goes towards the vet care expenses which include spay/neuter, vaccines to date, heartworm testing, and microchipping. Also included with the adoption is a free, one-month trial of pet insurance.
