All of our adoptable animals are in the care of volunteer foster parents. The foster families provide a safe place for the animal until placement. If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please email us info@alabamaspca.org.

Can't Adopt or Foster? Maybe you'd like to provide sponsorship for an animal. Sponsors are needed to help with vet care expenses as well as food, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, etc. Monetary donations may be sent via http://paypal.com to donations@alspca.org. Jaxson enjoys assisting with the printer at the foster mom’s desk!!!He waits, ever so patiently, just hanging. But, he loves to play with the grandchildren and taking walks with other dogs, too. He is one laid back 5 year old and is happy just about wherever he is!!! When super excited about something, Jaxson will let you know of his excitement with an adorable ‘Beagle Bark’! And this is cute: The foster mom ‘requires’ him to sleep in her room at night to ensure that he will not ‘bay’….hmmm…somehow I think it is more likely that the foster mom wants him there!!!!! This boy has many WONDERFUL years ahead of him so…..Care, Share and ADOPT!!!!! Jaxson is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.

Our Adoption Fee is $125, unless otherwise noted, and goes towards the vet expenses for the animals in our care. Included in the adoption contribution is spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccines, and microchip.
