My name is Cole, and I am a 2 year old Beagle mix.  I weigh about 30-35 pounds, and I am already neutered and up to date on all shots.  I am fully potty-trained, I sleep well in my crate at night, and I am CERTAIN t...hat I was meant to be an inside dog!!  I do not like to be left outside without my family - even for short periods of time.
However, my foster mom says that I will need an adopter who is really willing to work with me.  Right now I am very attached to my foster mom, and I will have some anxiety issues when I am away from her.  I need someone who can work with me and help work me through that time until I learn to trust my new family.  I am also very timid, but I am starting to feel comfortable in my own skin.  I am really scared of loud noises - ESPECIALLY thunderstorms - so I will need my new family to be really comforting and help me overcome that fear.  At my foster  mom's house I have a big fluffy bed in the corner, and I always go there when I am scared.  It really helps calm my nerves.  I will also likely need a home without small children.  I am good with children and really gentle with them, but when they make loud noises or run toward me I get really frightened.  My foster mom says that I need some more time to overcome some of my fears before I can really be around an active household.  I am good with other dogs (I LOVE my Chihuahua and Pomeranian foster siblings) and I am also good with cats.  I am very affectionate, and with time and TLC my foster mom says that I will really blossom into a great dog for someone!
